How Stirel handles the messages people send it. Last updated 11 September 2026.
Who we are
Stirel is operated by Prime Frame LLC, 412 W 7th St, Clovis, NM 88101, United States. Alba Direct, the WhatsApp channel, was previously offered as AlwaysReply; it is the same company. Contact: [email protected].
When a business uses Stirel with its own customers, that business is the controller of those conversations, and Prime Frame LLC processes them on its behalf as its processor.
What we process
- The messages a person sends and the replies.
- A contact detail (email or phone number), when the person chooses to leave one.
- Voice notes, when the person speaks instead of typing. The audio is transcribed and not stored.
- On WhatsApp, the phone number and display name that WhatsApp provides.
- On a website, a random visitor identifier in a first-party cookie, stored in that business's own website.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising or build profiles across businesses. Message content is not used to train models.
Why we process it
To answer the person writing, to show the business what was asked, to keep the service secure and working, and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We use contracted service providers to run Stirel: hosting and network providers, providers of language models that draft the replies, speech services that transcribe voice notes and read replies aloud, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp when that channel is used. They process data only to provide those services to us, under contract. A current list of these providers and where they process data is available to business customers on request.
International transfers
Data may be processed outside the country of the person writing, including in the United States, Singapore and China, depending on how an account is configured. Some of these countries, China among them, have no adequacy decision from the European Commission; there, the transfer relies on the contractual safeguards in the provider's terms. A business can ask, before it goes live, for its account to use providers that do not process data in China.
How long we keep it
Conversations are kept for the period each business sets and are deleted automatically when it ends. Backups are kept for up to 14 days and then destroyed.
How we protect it
Stored conversations are encrypted, each business's data is kept separately, and access is limited to authorised accounts.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. Deletion is explained on the data deletion page. Write to [email protected]; a person replies. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
We update this page when the way we process data changes, and change the date at the top.
